A fire that erupted Wednesday in a Jurupa Valley apartment complex damaged two units but did not cause any injuries.
The blaze was reported at 1:35 p.m. at the Country Village Apartments in the 10300 block of North Lynn Circle, near Country Village Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The agency said that multiple engine crews and truck companies were sent to the location and encountered flames in the wall and attic of a large apartment.
The fire caused moderate damage to the apartment of origin and a neighboring unit before crews got it under control less than an hour later, officials said.
Occupants of both units were displaced, but the fire department did not specify a number.
The victims were receiving direct assistance from the building management.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
