A 66-year-old man diagnosed with hypertension and dementia last seen in Norwalk Thursday was reported missing.
Sarath Oem was last seen in the 12100 block of Cyclops Street, between Norwalk Boulevard and Bombardier Avenue, Thursday around 8:30 a.m., according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Deputies described Oem as a 5-foot-7-inch Cambodian man weighing 140 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black long-sleeve shirt and khaki shorts.
Sheriff’s officials said Oem is medication dependent, and his family is concerned about his well-being.
