Authorities sought the public’s assistance Thursday in locating a 33-year-old man last seen in Carson.
Philip Joseph Frank was last seen Wednesday in the 1100 block of East Turmont Street, near Central Avenue, around 3:50 p.m., according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Deputies described Frank as a 5-foot-8-inch tall Hispanic man weighing 160 pounds with black balding hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans and black sneakers.
Anyone with information on Frank’s whereabouts was urged to call the Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau Missing Persons Detail at 323-890-5500. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
