A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a vehicle in Jurupa Valley, authorities said Saturday.
The crash was reported around 9:10 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Wineville Avenue and Harvest Villages Way, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. It was unknown how many people were traveling in the vehicle or if they suffered any injuries.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
The victim’s name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Wineville Avenue was temporarily closed between Puerta Place and Boca Place due to the investigation.
