Sheriff’s detectives continued their search Sunday a 33-year-old man last seen in Carson.
Philip Joseph Frank was last spotted on Wednesday in the 1100 block of East Turmont Street, near Central Avenue, around 3:50 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Frank is Hispanic. He stands 5-foot-8-inches tall and weighs160 pounds. He has black balding hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans and black sneakers, the LASD reported.
