A big rig crashed on the northbound Long Beach (710) Freeway in Long Beach Tuesday, blocking lanes and backing up traffic.
The crash was reported at about 10:30 a.m. near Ninth Street, according to the California Highway Patrol. No injuries were reported.
Two northbound lanes were blocked while crews worked to clear the scene, a closure that was continuing early Tuesday afternoon, the CHP reported.
Arrangements were being made to inspect a freeway overcrossing that may have been damaged in the crash, the CHP added.
