An 85-year-old man who authorities said has been diagnosed with dementia and requires medication was reported missing after he was last seen in Norwalk Thursday.
Raymond Groveau was last seen at 2:30 p.m. Thursday on the 10500 block of Firestone Boulevard near the San Gabriel River, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Groveau is white, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes. He last seen wearing a red Angels jacket and blue jeans.
