A 19-year-old man was shot and killed in North Hollywood Tuesday.

Los Angeles Police Department patrol officers responded to multiple calls regarding a shooting at the intersection of Vanowen Street and Ethel Avenue at approximately 1:28 p.m. and upon their arrival, the officers found Jorge Ramos on the sidewalk, suffering from a gunshot wound, police said.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the North Hollywood resident dead, police said.

There is no suspect information.
