A man was arrested Monday after allegedly stabbing a woman in the Westlake area.
Officers sent to the 500 block of South Bonnie Brae Street about 1:45 a.m. took the suspect into custody after he barricaded himself in an apartment, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The man was taken to a hospital for treatment of apparent self-inflicted cuts, police said. Two children in the apartment were not injured.\
The suspect’s name was not immediately available.
