Firefighters Tuesday quickly extinguished a rubbish fire inside a boarded-up commercial building in the Westlake area.
The fire was reported at about 8:35 a.m. on the second floor of the two-story building, which was the site of a previous fire, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Eighteen firefighters doused the flames in 17 minutes, the LAFD reported.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
