A 27-year-old man shot and killed at a Lancaster bar was identified Friday by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
The shooting occurred Sunday about 1:50 a.m. in the 200 block of Pillsbury Street, near 35th Street West, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
A gunman opened fire from outside the bar into a crowd that was standing inside the bar, striking the man, according to a source at the scene.
Paramedics rushed the man to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The medical examiner identified the man on Friday as Deshaun Barner.
