The search for a missing swimmer is continuing led by multiple teams of lifeguards Wednesday in Playa del Rey.
Rescue personnel from the Los Angeles County Fire Department and the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the 8100 block of Vista Del Mar shortly after 1 a.m.
According to Fox 11, three friends went for a night swim and only two came out of the water. They told authorities they hadn’t seen their friend since going in.
Lifeguard rescue boats also joined the search.
