A so-called “critical incident” took place Sunday evening in the Industry sheriff’s station lobby, according to the sheriff’s department.
According to the sheriff’s media section, a woman walked into the station around 7:40 p.m. Sunday and an unknown altercation ensued, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Miesha McClendon.
The incident did not result in a deputy-involved shooting, McClendon confirmed.
No one from the Industry station was immediately available for comment.
