A man was shot to death Saturday on a Bellflower street.
The shooting at Cornuta Avenue and Flora Vista Street occurred around 5:40 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The victim died at the scene, the LASD reported. His name will be withheld pending notification of next of kin. A description of the victim was not immediately available.
A motive for the shooting was initially unknown, and there was no suspect information, LASD Lt. Daniel Vizcarra said.
