A woman was wounded when she was shot by a male who drove up next to the car in which she was a passenger in the Westchester area of Los Angeles, authorities said Monday.
The shooting occurred about 10:45 p.m. Sunday on Manchester Avenue at Traxton Avenue, said Officer D. Orris of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center. That is near Sepulveda Boulevard.
The woman driving the 30-year-old victim rushed her to a hospital where her vital signs were stable, Orris said.
