A 31-year-old woman diagnosed with an unspecified mental health disorder was reported missing after being last seen Friday in El Monte.
Bianca Melissa Ochoa was last seen in the 1700 block of Santa Anita Avenue around 2:45 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies described Ochoa as a 5-foot-2 Hispanic woman weighing 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt, shorts, and white or beige shoes.
