A search was underway Monday for a missing 30-year-old man who has been diagnosed with depression and was last seen in Van Nuys.
Kelvin Alberto Ponce Cortez was last seen at 2 a.m. Sunday on the 6800 block of Haskell Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Cortez is Hispanic , 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 195 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a mustache and goatee, with tattoos on his wrist, and tattoos of a cross near his right eye and LA near his left eye.
