A traffic collision in the Echo Park area left two Los Angeles Police Department officers injured and a motorist arrested on suspicion of driving while impaired, authorities said Tuesday.
The crash occurred at around 11:40 p.m. Monday at Stadium Way and Lilac Terrace, according to the LAPD.
The officers were treated at a hospital and released, the LAPD reported.
The motorist, whose name was not immediately released, was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI, police said.
