A man suspected of attempting to rob a bank in Anaheim and taking at least one hostage was arrested Wednesday.
Officers responded to the intersection of East Palma Avenue and Lakeview Avenue Wednesday evening, where the suspect in the attempted robbery of a BMO bank branch took at least one person hostage during a standoff, KCAL reported.
The suspect and victim were escorted out of the bank around 6 p.m.
KCAL reported that police took a suspect into custody.
