A 63-year-old man with an unspecified mental health disorder that affects his cognition was reported missing after last being seen Thursday in Long Beach.
Douglas R. Harwood was last seen walking in the 700 block of Chestnut Avenue around 11:30 a.m., according to the Long Beach Police Department.
Detectives described Harwood as a 5-foot-6-inch tall white man weighing 180 pounds with white hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray and white Detroit Lions T-shirt and blue shorts.
