One person was killed in a solo-vehicle collision Saturday in La Quinta.
Firefighters were called at 2:27 a.m. to Monroe Street and Airport Boulevard regarding a collision and found the vehicle had overturned and was on its roof, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The victim, whose name, age or gender were not known, died at the scene.
The case is being investigated by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the fire department said..
