A 61-year-old man with an unspecified mental health disorder that requires conservatorship was reported missing Wednesday after last being seen in Long Beach leaving a hospital.
Theodore Cannon was last seen leaving St. Mary’s Hospital in the 1000 block of Linden Avenue around 10:05 a.m. Wednesday, with an unknown destination, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
“Cannon suffers from mental conditions and is under conservatorship and should not have been discharged on his own,” police said in a statement.
Detectives described Cannon as a 5-foot-7-inch tall Black man weighing 160 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green Nike hoodie and black pants.
