Multiple Palm Springs agencies were on the scene attempting to rescue an injured hiker Saturday.
Personnel from the Palm Springs Fire Department and Palm Springs Police Department arrived at Skyline Trail at 101 Museum Drive for the rescue effort Saturday, according to a PSPD alert.
A low-flying helicopter was also in the area to assist with the operation, as of 10:40 a.m.
