A man was found dead Wednesday, face down in the lake at MacArthur Park, authorities said.
Two suspects may be connected to the death, Officer Rosario Cervantes of the LAPD’s media relations division told City News Service — but no suspects were in custody and police had no descriptions.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 8:18 a.m. Wednesday to the 2200 block of Sixth Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The man’s body was discovered in the northeast section of the lake. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No further information was immediately available.
