A 77-year-old woman with an unspecified mental health condition that affects her cognition was reported missing Monday in Long Beach.
Dorothy Jenkins Seibert was last seen leaving a doctor’s office in the 3800 block of Schaufele Avenue about 10:40 a.m., heading in an unknown direction, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
Seibert was described as a 5-foot-6-inch tall white woman weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black sweater, orange T-shirt, black pants and shoes.
