The Long Beach Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a 77-year-old woman who police say has “mental conditions and may become disoriented” after she was last seen in Long Beach, authorities said Tuesday.
Dorothy Jenkins Seibert was last seen at 10:40 a.m. Monday after leaving her doctor’s office in the 3800 block of Schaufele Avenue, according to the police department .
Seibert is white, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weigh160 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes. Authorities said she was last seen wearing a black sweater, an orange T-shirt, black pants and black shoes.
