Authorities sought the public’s help Friday in locating a 33-year-old woman suffering from depression, last seen in an area east of East Los Angeles.
Elisa Melinda Penalbert was last seen in the 700 block of South Keenan Avenue, north of Whittier Boulevard, around 8 a.m. Saturday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Penalbert was described as Hispanic, 5 feet, 90 pounds with straight black-and-blue hair and brown eyes and a Raiders tattoo on her left leg. She was last seen wearing a red top, blue shorts and sandals.
