Police Saturday are searching for the hit and run driver of a white. four-door Infiniti who struck and severely injured a pedestrian in North Hollywood.
The crash took place around 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, according to Los Angeles police.
The driver was heading east on Sherman Way near Coldwater Canyon when the car collided with the pedestrian in a crosswalk, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
The pedestrian was transported to a hospital with severe injuries, the LAPD said.
The person who provides information leading to the driver will be eligible for a reward up to $25,000.
Anyone with knowledge of the driver was asked to call the LAPD Valley Traffic Division at 818-644-8000.
