A 61-year-old woman suffered leg pain from a fall while hiking Saturday on a trail in the Pacific Palisades, authorities said.
Paramedics dispatched at 11:36 a.m. to the Los Leones Trail treated her at the scene, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
She was then transported to a hospital via an LAFD helicopter.
