Authorities Saturday continued investigating a shooting that resulted in the death of a man in Desert Hot Springs.
The shooting was reported just after 9 p.m. Friday near the 66100 block of Pierson Boulevard, according to Jim Henson, chief of police for the Desert Hot Springs Police Department.
Responding officers found a man who was pronounced dead at the scene, but no further information was released.
It was not clear if any arrests were made.
