Authorities were asking for the public’s help Sunday in finding a 37-year-old man with a health risk who went missing.
Juan Simon Hernandez Macias was last seen about 8 p.m. Saturday in the 12300 block of 223rd Street in Hawaiian Gardens, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Macias is Latino, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs around 230 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and a full beard. He has a tattoo with the word “Jessica” on his right arm, a female portrait tattoo on his left arm and a Virgin Mary tattoo on his left hand.
Macias’ family is concerned for his well-being. His health issue was not disclosed.
Authorities urged anyone with information regarding Macias’ whereabouts to contact the LACSD at 323-890-5500.
