One person was killed when the vehicle they were driving crashed and rolled over Saturday in Palmdale.
The crash was reported at 2:27 a.m. and officers from the California Highway Patrol responded to East Avenue P and 20th Street East where they found the victim and the wreckage of the vehicle, CHP Officer Michael Nasir told City News Service.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the location at 2:24 a.m, according to a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher, who added it was not immediately known whether anyone was transported to a hospital.
The victim, whose name, age and gender were not released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
