Authorities sought the public’s help Friday in locating a 69-year-old man last seen in the unincorporated South Whittier area.
Daniel Lynn Brownsword was last seen on Monday in the 11900 block of Leland Avenue, near Leffingwell Road, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Brownsword was described as a 6-foot-1-inch tall white man weighing 175 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He also has a full beard and was last seen wearing a baseball cap, a blue shirt, jeans, black shoes and a yellow metallic cross necklace.
