Firefighters Friday quickly extinguished a fire in a two-story home under construction in the Brentwood area, and no one was hurt.
The fire was reported shortly after noon in the 2500 block of North Banyan Drive, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The flames were extinguished in 19 minutes. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
