A 73-year-old man who authorities say is dependent on medication was reported missing Tuesday after he was last seen in Duarte.
Vladimir Grigoryan was last seen at 7 p.m. Monday on the 3300 block of Elda Street, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Grigoryan is white, 6 feet tall, weighs 150 pounds, is bald, has brown eyes and a goatee. He was last seen wearing seen wearing a cream colored polo shirt with blue stripes and long black pants.
