A 29-year-old man who was fatally shot in the Broadway-Manchester neighborhood was identified Wednesday by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
Police responded at 9:40 a.m. Friday to the 11000 block of South Broadway near Imperial Highway, where they found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman told City News Service.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department personnel.
He was identified Wednesday by the medical examiner as Roberto Ramirez.
There was no immediate word on a suspect or possible motive for the shooting.
