An armed suspect in his 40s barricaded himself inside a convenience store restroom in Wilmington Monday after running away from police.
Officers responded to the am/pm store at the intersection of Wilmington Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway around 2:56 p.m. regarding an armed suspect, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police said the suspect was wearing a black hoodie and blue shorts.
