Firefighters knocked down a structure fire in a one-story commercial building in Palms Sunday.
A fire broke out around 4:15 p.m. Sunday at Norms Foam & Fabrics, a furniture store at 3300 Motor Ave., near National Boulevard, said Nicholas Prange of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Three dozen personnel knocked down the non-injury fire in a little over 20 minutes.
The cause of the fire was under investigation, Prange said.
