An 88-year-old woman who authorities say requires medication was reported missing Wednesday after last being seen in the unincorporated area of Athens.
Bessie Lee Slayden was last seen at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of W. 105th St., west of Normandie Avenue, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Slayden is white, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, has gray hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue pants and white Nike shoes.
