An arson suspect who allegedly set fires along a stretch of Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles was detained Thursday by police in Beverly Hills.
The suspect was detained Thursday morning by Beverly Hills police near the intersection of Wilshire and Whittier Drive, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Authorities said the suspect — who was carrying a torch — could be seen on surveillance video setting fires. Other details were not immediately available for release.
