A 44-year-old man was charged Friday with exposing himself in a Garden Grove library and peeking into the homes of three women.
Juan Jesus Ramirezbolanos was charged with a felony count of indecent exposure and three misdemeanor counts of peeking into an inhabited building.
Ramirezbolanos was accused of touching himself about noon Sept. 1 in the main library at 11200 Stanford Ave., according to Garden Grove police Sgt. Nick Jensen. A victim followed him as he dashed out of the library and got a suspect description and license plate, Jensen said.
The defendant was accused of peeking on March 14, May 4 and July 24, according to the criminal complaint.
Ramirezbolanos pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Friday in the jail courtroom. He is next due in court Oct. 1 in the West Justice Center in Westminster.
