A man was shot in Long Beach and is at a hospital in stable condition, authorities said Saturday.
Officers responding to a shooting call at about 11:50 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of San Francisco Avenue, located the shooting victim, who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
“Detectives responded to the scene. The suspect and motive are unknown at this time. The investigation is ongoing,” according to a police statement.
