A man described by witnesses as a security guard was shot Monday morning at a marijuana dispensary in East Los Angeles.
Witnesses called the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department at about 2 a.m. to report that the security guard was shot in the 6100 block of Whittier Boulevard, Deputy Tracy Koerner told City News Service.
News videographers who went to the scene said the location was a marijuana dispensary and that the security guard was dead at the scene.
Video showed deputies at the scene investigating.
