The Los Angles County Sheriff’s Department Saturday circulated a photo of a 15-year-old boy with bipolar disorder who went missing Saturday in South Los Angeles, authorities said.
Isaiah, who also suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and attention-deficit/hyperactive disorder, was last seen about 9:25 a.m. near the 1500 block of 120th Street, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Torres was described as a 5-foot, 7-inch Black male weighing 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, gray sweatpants, black shoes and carrying a black backpack.
