A one-story restaurant in Westlake District already damaged by a fire in August, was engulfed by flames again Sunday.
Reported around 7:20 p.m. Sunday, fire from outside rubbish and debris extended into the vacant one-story restaurant space at 1310 West Sixth St., north of Wilshire Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A crew of 30 firefighters was able to confine and extinguish the flames with no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
