A 58-year-old man was in the hospital after he was shot in the Wilmington area of Los Angeles, authorities said Monday.
The man was wounded at about 11:25 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of Watson Avenue, according to a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
The victim was taken by ambulance to a hospital where his vital signs were stable, the officer said.
The man did not provide investigators with a suspect description, he said.
