Sheriff’s officials sought the public’s assistance Tuesday in locating an 80-year-old man diagnosed with dementia who requires medication and was last seen in Agoura Hills.
Frederick Hernandez was last seen on Aug. 19 in the 29000 block of Canwood Street around 6:05 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Hernandez was described as a 5-foot-5-inch tall Hispanic man weighing 190 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He uses a wheelchair, and it was unclear what he was last seen wearing.
According to sheriff’s officials, Hernandez’s family is concerned about his well-being due to his medical condition and is seeking public help in finding him.
