A man was fatally shot in Cudahy, authorities said Sunday.
The shooting occurred about 9:10 p.m. Saturday in the 5200 block of Clara Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies dispatched to the location, regarding a gunshot victim call, located a man suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso.
Paramedics rushed the shooting victim to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The suspect was described as a man wearing dark clothing, who last seen running east from the location.
