A fire damaged bleachers at Junipero Serra High School in Gardena Wednesday.
The fire was reported about 5:35 a.m. at the campus in the 14800 block of South Van Ness Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department and reports from the scene.
According to ABC7, the flames were quickly extinguished. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
