Authorities sought the public’s assistance Monday in locating an at-risk 23-year-old man diagnosed with an unspecified mental health disorder who was last seen in Lakewood.
Nicholas James Tornello, also known as Nick, was last seen around 4 p.m. Saturday in the 5300 block of Canehill Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Nick was described as a 5-foot-6-inch tall white man with a beard, weighing 165 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. It was unclear what he was last seen wearing.
Sheriff’s officials said Nick’s family is growing concerned about his well-being due to his medical health condition and is asking for the public’s help in finding him.
